Eight books carry a number in this edition and six do not. The number is a weighted average of five published criteria on a scale of 0 to 1000, and beside each one is the day this file records somebody reading the source behind it. Nothing here was measured by us and nothing pretends to have been.

The rule for a number A book earns a number when it publishes its welcome terms and pays inside two hours. Both, or it stays in the notes.

What the numbers leave out

Six bookmakers on file earn no number, and the shape of that list is the most useful thing in this edition. Four of them publish no welcome terms at all, one publishes terms and reports a withdrawal outside two hours, and one has left the market. In Ghana a bookmaker misses a numbered table because it runs no welcome offer, and hardly ever because it is slow to pay.
