The standings
Eight bookmakers carry a number in this edition. Six do not, and each of those is named further down with the reason. The number beside a name is a weighted average of five criteria, and the day beside it is the day this file records somebody reading the source behind the figures.
The rule for a number A book earns a number when it publishes its welcome terms and pays inside two hours. Both, or it stays in the notes.
Opening an account through a link in this table may pay this publication. It changes nothing about the order: the standings are computed from the figures printed beside them, by a model set out in full, and the arithmetic runs before the commercial arrangement is looked at.

How a number is made
Five criteria, weighted as below, averaged over the weight a record could actually answer and multiplied onto a scale of 0 to 1000. The weighting is this publication's argument and there is nothing objective about it: getting paid and the welcome terms together carry 66 of the 100, because a Ghanaian punter deciding between two books is choosing between two withdrawal experiences and two sets of terms, and almost never between two game libraries.
| Weight | Criterion | What it reads |
|---|---|---|
| 36% | Getting paid | The withdrawal time on the record, which is the figure the operator or its reporting publishes and not one anybody here measured. |
| 30% | Welcome terms | The cleared value of the welcome offer after its playthrough, rather than the number on the banner. |
| 20% | Licence and standing | The Gaming Commission of Ghana register, how many licences the book holds, and any public review score on file. |
| 8% | Games and Aviator | A counted lobby. Eleven of the thirteen live books cannot be counted from outside Ghana, so this criterion is usually unanswerable and is left unscored rather than guessed. |
| 6% | Reaching a person | A live chat that runs around the clock, a phone line, an email address. |
A criterion a record cannot answer is left unscored rather than filled in. That is the whole difference between this table and one built on defaults: a default is a number nobody measured, and once it is in the average it orders real companies. The percentage under each name in the table above says how much of the model that book could answer.
The criterion this market cannot answer
Games and Aviator is worth 8 points of the model and could be scored for one of the eight numbered books. Most Ghanaian lobbies render themselves in the browser or refuse to open from outside the country, so nobody has a count. The one numbered book whose games criterion carries a figure is the one that has no casino at all, where the absence is checked rather than missing, and a checked absence is a fact while an uncounted lobby is not.
That is why most numbered books here sit at 92% of the model rather than at a hundred, and why the figure is printed rather than rounded away. A score computed over part of a model and a score computed over all of it are not the same number wearing the same hat, and a table that prints both to the same precision without saying which is which is inventing accuracy.
A footnote on No. 7
Melbet is numbered No. 7 on 610 Cedi Points, and the record it is built from flags one of its own fields for re-checking. The field says the book runs no casino, which scores a hard zero on the games criterion. A later read of the same path returned a casino page, and the two readings cannot both be current.
Run the same model with that flag withdrawn and nothing else changed, and Melbet carries 670 Cedi Points at No. 5, two places above where it is printed. Both numbers come from the same function. The published one stands because the flag is what the record says today, and the alternative is printed because a reader is entitled to know that one disputed field is carrying two places of the ordering.
Where the welcome terms came from
An offer on file is not the same thing as an offer the bookmaker publishes, and in this market the difference is most of the table. Three of the eight numbered offers were read off the operator's own pages. Five of them, 63% of the table, appear on no operator page this edition could open and are what several affiliate sites agree on. Both are printed, and each row says which it is, because repeating an affiliate figure in a real company's name without labelling it is the commonest error in this market.
The largest single case is worth stating plainly: the leading brand by demand in Ghana publishes no deposit match on its own Ghana promotions page at all, and the figure carried for it here is a consensus one. Its own entry says so at the top.
How old the figures are
Every record this edition holds was searched for the days it records somebody reading a source, and eight of the fourteen carry at least one. Six carry none, which is a finding about the filing rather than about the bookmaker: Wiwi Casino, MSport, Bangbet, Betway, 1xBet, Mozzart Bet.
The oldest capture under any number in this edition belongs to 22Bet, 7 September 2023, which is 2.9 years before this edition closed. Its pricing was read from an archived snapshot because the live site could not be reached, and that is exactly the kind of thing a dated table exists to expose. A figure that old is not wrong. It is simply not this year, and a reader deciding today should be told.

What is not in the table
Six books sit outside it: four publish no welcome terms, one reports a withdrawal outside two hours, and one has left Ghana. The shape of that list is the finding. In this market a bookmaker misses a numbered table because it runs no welcome offer, and almost never because it is slow to pay.
Questions this edition is asked
- Why are there only eight books in the table?
- Because the rule asks for two things at once. A book earns a number when it publishes its welcome terms and pays inside two hours. Both, or it stays in the notes. Of the 13 bookmakers trading in Ghana that this edition holds a record for, four publish no welcome terms at all and one publishes terms but reports a withdrawal outside two hours. Every one of them is named in the notes with the half it failed.
- Did this publication time any of these withdrawals?
- No. Not one figure on this site came from an account of ours. Every withdrawal time here is what the bookmaker publishes about itself or what a reported source carries, and each record says which. Where a figure was set by an editor rather than read from a source it is labelled an estimate and the column says so in the same breath.
- What is a Cedi Point worth?
- The scale runs 0 to 1000 and it is the weighted average of the criteria below, multiplied out. A book that answered every criterion perfectly would carry 1000. Nothing does, and the spread between No. 1 and No. 8 in this edition is 410 points.
- Why does a book score on part of the model rather than all of it?
- Because a criterion nothing published cannot be scored, and filling it with a middling value would be inventing evidence. The average is taken over the weight that could be read, and the percentage beside each name says how much that was. The game library is the criterion this market cannot answer: it is worth 8 points here and could be scored for one of the eight numbered books.
- Does paying this publication move a book up the table?
- No, and the shape of the table is the evidence. The order is computed by a model published in full on this page from figures printed beside each name, and it runs before any commercial arrangement is looked at. If money moved the numbers, the four largest brands in the market would not be sitting in the notes.
